He is survived by: his parents, Larry Heeter and Barbara Heeter (Sabich) of Hyndman; his wife Wendy (Bagley); his daughter Jackie; his parents-in-law, Zane and Linda Bagley of Bedford; his sisters, Angela (Wayne Ebersole) of Claysburg and Kristi (Corey Peterson) of Bedford; and his nieces and nephews, Lucas, Elijah Ebersole, Riley Layton, Elliana and Zane Peterson.
