With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Wayne Shaffer of Hyndman, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger Wayne Shaffer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne A. Shaffer (Bedford) and June E. Shaffer (Hyndman). He is survived by : his wife Cyndi Shaffer (Minnick) of Hyndman; his sisters, Rena Litten (Fred) and Rhonda Sites (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Verna Burkett (Jeff Dermer) of Hyndman and Richard "Rick" Minnick (Jan). He is also survived by uncle, two aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly; a stepmother and stepbrother.
