He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Bissman and Violet T. Bissman (Bradney). He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Brown; his sons, Paul T. Bissman (Lisa) of Snow Hill, MD and Scott W. Bissman (Erin) of Hyner; his grandchildren, Michelle Y. Schwartzman (Jason) of Lemoyne, Tristin, Dante, Matthew, Kedda, Jay and Dylan (Audrey); his great grandchild Evelynn; and his sister Carol Bissman-Grant of Pittsboro, NC..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maxwell Funeral Home (205 5th St, Renovo, PA 17764). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lower Hyner Cemetery.
