He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Kell and Ethel M. Kell (Kingsborough) of Ickesburg. He is survived by: his children, David E. Kell (Beverly) of Ickesburg and Trudy R. Lackey (Vincent) of Ickesburg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
