He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zerby and Jean Zerby (Kennedy); his wife Carol E. Knisely; his brothers, Bob and Terry Zerby; and his brother-in-law Ken Mock.
He is survived by: his siblings, Winnie Ritchey (Jeff), Tina Mock, Hazel Zerby, Bonnie Conley, Audra Zerby and Jerry Zerby; and his close friend Mark Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
