He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Schmidt and Leona Hallas; and his niece Megan Vordrran. He is survived by: his wife Deb Schmidt (Bronislawski); his daughter Jamie Schmidt; his grandson Noah Schmidt; his stepmother Geri Schmidt; his siblings, Beverly Roten (Schmidt), David Schmidt, Mark Schmidt (Danielle) and Dennis Soltrick; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Adelie Rose Schmidt, Amee and Bernie Vorhndran.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory (305 Main St, Imperial, PA 15126). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 8:00 PM.
