He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith K. Bolind, (Beitsinger) and Ronald "Gene" E. Bolind, Sr.; his birth mother Nancy Gittens Bolind; his grandparents, Hillard "Runt", Caroline Beitsinger, Ted, Ellen Bolind, Gittens and Dolores Hughes (Dee); and also Charles.

He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Bolind, Chris Bolind (Mary Ann) and Kerry Branton (Jamie Mentley); his siblings' children, Jesse, Dylan Bolind, Caleb, Cory Branton and Kirsten Branton; and his friend Linda Butya. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Imperial Volunteer Fire Department, 111 Pine Street Imperial, PA 15126.
