He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Orlovsky and Mary Orlovsky (Kulchycka). He is survived by: his wife Donna McCabe Orlovsky (Guzel); his children, Brian Orlovsky (Anita Mohney) and Diane Shimrak; his grandchildren, Krista Shimrak (Robert Parks), Danielle Shimrak, Bradley Shimrak, Andrew Shimrak and Ryan Orlovsky; his stepchildren, Kelly Hicks (Al) and Ryan McCabe (Kris); his great grandchildren, Hannah DiCicco, Kaila Shimrak-Beyer and Eli Vandermallie; his stepgrandson Dylan McCabe; and his sister-in-law Patsy Orlovsky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
