He is survived by: his wife Linda Spadafora (Reese); his children, Char-Lynn O'Connell (Andrew) of Baltimore, MD, Charles Jr. of Indiana, Sam of San Diego, CA and Jo-Una Villani (John) of Philadelphia; his siblings, W. H. Spadafora (Candy) of Indiana, Jo-Una Spadafora of New York, NY and Skip Spadafora (Lisa) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Liliana, Graham (Harrison O'Connell), Charles, Thomas (Alissandra Spadafora) and Ana-Sophia (Declan Villani). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
