She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Rearick and Florence Rearick (Parks); her husband Homer "Blair" Johnston; and her daughter-in-law Melissa. She is survived by: her children, Eric Johnston, Daren Johnston (Melinda) and Tracy Johnston; her grandchildren, William Gunnett (Tana), Amy Shultz (Dan), Zachary and Kaitlyn Johnston; and her sister Donna McIntire.
