He was predeceased by: his parents, Thornton McNeil and Bernice McNeil (Fitzgerald); his sister Laura Carr; and his nephew Jeff Carr. He is survived by: his wife Darlene McNeil (Jerko); his children, Bryan McNeil (Amanda) of Suquamish, WA and Heather McNeil (Zach Lau) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Fiona and Colin McNeil; his sisters, Margaret A. McNeil of Pittsburgh and Susan Widiziunas (Stan) of New Kensington, PA; and his brother-in-law Peter Carr of Ridgway, PA..
