He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniela Breyak and John Breyak; and his siblings, Frank Breyak, William Breyak, Helen Duda, Josephine Pajerski, Sophia Pajerski and Violet Breyak.

He is survived by: his wife Dororthy Bossola Breyak; his children, Cynthia Diethrich (Paul), Michael Breyak (late Armella), Linda Brush (Stephen) and Cheryl Rosewell (Rick); his grandchildren, Laurel Petraglia (Angelo), Lindsey Breyak Terihay (Alex), Lexie Brush Cassels (Cole), Davis Diethrich (Claudia Mauldin) and Lucas Brush (Katie Miller); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Petragilia, Lilyanna Petraglia and Kennedy Cassels.
