He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Cignetti and Maria Cignetti (Andreo); his son Michael; and his siblings, Tony, John, Jesse, Angelica and Noda.
He is survived by: his family Marlene; his grandchildren, Curtis Jr. (Amy), Carly, Natalie Cignetti, Maria, Christine, Julia Ciarrocca, Alyssa, Gabby, Ella, Frankie Cignetti, Gianna, Matthew Koss and Frank; Curt (Manette), Lisa Ciarrocca (Matt), Frank Jr. (Ellen) and Theresa Koss (Jason).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Big Guy's memory to the Frank Cignetti Football Endowment at IUP.
