He was predeceased by: his father Adam Zbignewich; his wife Eleanor Zbignewich (Pennington); and his siblings, Helen Meshanko, Adam and Edward.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Frank Zbignewich (Karen) of Indiana; and his granddaughter Meghan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
