He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Foster and Leona E. Foster (Rhine); and his wife Sylvia Jean Foster (Hill). He is survived by: his children, Greg Foster (Ruthann) of Indiana and Kimberly Colgan (Donald) of Mount Jackson, Virginia; his siblings, Donald Foster (Susan) of Pittsburgh and Barbara Joseph of Columbia, MD; his granddaughter Natasha Glambin (Joe); his brother Tyler Foster (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Laila, Morgan, Sadie and Jameson.
