She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Hanes and Josephine M. "Josie" Leithner Hanes; and her daughter Katrina Jo Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Johnson (Scott) of St. Marys and Anthony Meyer (Tracy) of Winchester, VA; her stepchildren, Roberta Meyer (Gordon) of St. Marys and Shane Sheley (Jacki) of High Point, NC; her grandchildren, Brianna Meyer, Dylan Meyer, Kyla Johnson, Ava Johnson, Jack Meyer, Paige Sheley and Rebecca Sheley; her siblings, Susan Schreiber of Villages, FL, Sandra Mattivi (Dick) of Kersey, Mary Jo Hoffman (John) of St. Marys, Thomas Hanes (Marlene) of St. Marys and Wally Hanes (Trudi) of North Carolina; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
