He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bish and Katherine Bish (Lettie); his brothers, Ted and Bill; his son Gil Bish; and his grandson Daniel Bish.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann (Hetrick); his children, Gordon Bish (Marie Shrokman) and Jaleen Cribbs (Allen); and his siblings, Dick, Tom, Dale Bish and Earla Wachob. He is also survived by daughter Jamie (Donald) Pride, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.

Donations in Jay's name may be made to the Independent Traditional Holiness Church, Box 34, Homer City, PA 15748.
