He is survived by: his children, Allison Deptola (Kevin) of Stephens City, VA and Jason Vaughn (Melissa) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Ava, Isaac, Ivan Deptola, Jayce, Callie and Emery Vaughn; his sister Candace Peterman (John); his stepbrother Joe Thomas; his niece Rebecca Peterman; and his nephew Michael Zungali.
