She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Wymer (Reynolds) and Lloyd Wymer; her husband Ralph Peffer; and her siblings, Lloyd, Charles, Jack Wymer, Margaret Fairman and Anna Bence.

She is survived by : her sons, Raymond Peffer (Betty) of Marion Center and Donald Peffer (Diane) of Marion Center; her grandsons, Matthew S. Peffer (Chrissy) of Virginia, Mitchell R. Peffer (Stacey) of Indiana and Nathan A. Peffer (Elizabeth) of Homer City; her great grandchildren, Rooney, Mason, Mackenzie, Declan and Gianna; her brother David Wymer (Portia) of Ohio; and her sister-in-law Ada Mae Wymer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home (500 Ben Franklin Rd S, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of LuVera to the Center Presbyterian Church, C/O John Kowchuck, 672 Johnston Road, Creekside, PA 15732, and/or the Visiting Nurses Association of Indiana.
