He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elgin and Barbara Ann Elgin (Jacob) of Indiana, PA.. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Elgin (Amy), Greg Elgin (Michelle), Amy McDowell (David) of Indiana and Tammy Elgin. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
