She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Ruddock and A. Velia Ruddock (Petricig); her husband Richard Lundberg; her son Gregory; and her sister Barbara Ferraro.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Boughamer (Andrea) of Moscow, John Lundberg (Emma) of Indiana and Stacie Capps of Altoona; her grandchildren, Jensen, Jaycie, Amelia, Logan, Caiden, Piper and Owen; and her close friend Connie Holt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Pat to the Indiana County Humane Society, or to Four Footed Friends.
