He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ord Caldwell (Richey); and his grandparents, Lawrence, Katherine Caldwell, James and Rose Richey.
He is survived by: his father Kenneth Edward; and his son Ryan Caldwell (Alexis). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
