He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Spalla and Mary Spalla (Wilson). He is survived by: his children, Paulette Weinheimer (Darren) of Binghamton, NY, Marie Pierre Spalla, Saint Pierre Reunion, Jean Paul Spalla Humbert (Jacques-Pierre Lacoste), Paris and France; his grandchildren, Cody Marshall (Bryanna) of York, PA, Alexandria (Travis), Jacob Weinheimer of Richmond, VA and Madison Weinheimer of Binghamton, NY; his great grandchildren, Weslyn, Fitzgerald Marshall of York, PA and Remi; and his siblings, Richard Spalla, Michael Spalla (Patricia) and Anna "Sis" Bollman (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Military Rites will be performed by VFW Post 1989 at 2 p.m. In leu of flower donations can be made Wounded Warriors.
