Butts; her daughters, Brandi Dawn Goughenour of Kittanning and Amanda Jo Artman of New Kensington; and her siblings, Lori Stiffey of Apollo, Melanie Jackson of Apollo, Paul Libengood of Kiski Twp, Tracy and Dana Shellhammer. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild.
