Sally Ann McCormick Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann McCormick of Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Kostella and Minnie Kostella (Snyder); her husband Richard Lee McCormick; and her granddaughter Julie K. McCormick. She is survived by: her daughter Connie A. Crawford (Curt); her grandchildren, Justin P. McCormick, Joshua L. McCormick, Kelley Fako and Chad Getty; her great grandchildren, Trent, Adalynn, Grant, Hayley, Olivia and Reid; and her brother Nicholas "Bill" Kostella (Marie). She is also survived by two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lefdahl Chapel, Indiana Email (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701).
