He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise'Kirby' Boston (Martin) and Paul Boston; his wife Beth Martin (Shankle); his girlfriend Jolene Kalchthaler; and his son Bradley Martin.
He is survived by: his son Samuel Martin, Jr. (Laura); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Martin (Robert Glade) and Rebecca Martin; his stepdaughter Corrie Alexander (Eric); his stepgrandchild Alayna; his great grandchild Ellie Glade; his siblings, Mary Ann (Larry) and Joseph Boston; and his daughter-in-law Joanna Martin.
