It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Fritz of Indiana, Pennsylvania, born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roger Edwin and Laura Irene Plugfelder (Brunner); her husband Donald P. Fritz, Jr.; her children, Amy Wodnicki (Regis) of Pittsburgh, Donald E. Fritz (Kathleen) of North Venice, Florida, Ted P. Fritz (Staci) of Murrysville and Ryan S. Fritz (Janice) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Kelly Wodnicki, Jeffrey Wodnicki, Katherine Guarcello (Anthony), Jessica Walker (Ryan), Luke Fritz (Jessica), Laura Fritz, Erik Fritz, Jacob Fritz, Parker Fritz, Brady Fritz, Madelyn Fritz, Olivia Lacko, Rachel Lacko and Evan Garbowsky; her great grandchild Hunter Fritz; and her brother Dr. Roger Pflugfelder (Linda) of Princeton, NJ. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Sandy to St. Thomas More University Parish or to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
