He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas E. Sr. Harley and Lawayne "Joyce" Held Harley; and his siblings, Michelle Lloyd and Douglas Harley. He is survived by : his wife Tanya Love Harley; his children, Alicia Harley (Scott), Daytona Harley (Shawn), Ronald Harley (Kayla) and Lea Harley (Brandon); his grandchildren, David, Bradley, Sofie, Aria, Bentley, Remington and Laken; his great grandchildren, Gentry and Bennett; and his brother Arthur Harley (Diane) of Spring Church.
