He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Allen and Mable Allen (Baldwin); his daughter Brooke Meredeth Allen; and his siblings, Milton A. Allen, Joseph Allen, Mary Jeanette Allen and Donald B. Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia "Joele" Allen (Thomas); and his son Kevin M. Allen (Sheri). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
