She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Butterworth and Mabel Butterworth (Irwin); her daughter Susan Harrison; her stepchildren, Lysa R. Gibbs and Douglas E. Dimond; her grandson Brad Harrison; and her siblings, Theora Williamson, Irwin L., Maynard, Gerald Ray, Dean M., Eldon E. and Jon E. "Jack" Butterworth.
She is survived by: her son Gary L. Harrison (Patty) of Irvona; her stepdaughter Rebecca L. Dimond (Darren Zapsky) of Coalport; and her sister Janet Lou Miller of Lock Haven. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
