He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Howard and Margaret Porter Howard; and his son Chuckie Howard Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Petrina Howard; and his children, Beth Burch (Jim), Kathleen Klink, Coleen Little (Reggie), Robert Howard, Russell Howard (Nina), Maureen Campbell (Eric) and Ronald Howard (Blaney). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
