Heasley Jr. of Irwin, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Heasley (Campbell). He is survived by: his father Charles E. Heasley Sr.; his wife Michelle Heasley (Griffith); his son Cody Heasley; his sister Cathy Fefolt (David); his siblings-in-law, Wendy Savage (Christopher) and Jeff Griffith (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Riley and Ryan Savage; and his godsons, Sam and Shane.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in memory of Chuck.
