With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale H. Carnahan Jr. of Irwin, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet George (Worrall) and Dale Carnahan Sr. Dale; his stepfather Bernard George; and his parents-in-law, Joyce and Robert Sarver.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Ashley Downey (Jeff), Haley Carnahan and Dylan Carnahan; his siblings, Toni Shipers and Chris Carnahan (Kelly); his stepmother Arlene Carnahan; his stepsiblings, Lori Smith and Bernie George Jr.; his granddaughters, Emma and Grace Downey; his niece Brianna; his nephews, Corey Carnahan and Jeff Worrall (Tawsha); his aunts and uncles, Bea Lithgow, Pat Carnahan, Harold Worrall and Gary Carnahan (Audrey); and his close friend Mikie. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that those wishing to honor Dale's memory do so by enjoying a round of golf, catching a game with friends, and spending time with loved ones.
