He is survived by: his children, Dustin, Hollie (Matt), Kurt (Carly), Heather (Jason) and Samantha (Ben); and his grandchildren, Teyah, Daisy, Kaylena, Ava, Gigi, Sophia, Kaleb, Chloe, Ariel, Zylah, Cali and Stella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
