He is survived by: his wife Janice P. Howard; his children, Earl "Wes" Howard Jr. (Nicole), Tracy Drotar (Brian), Jennifer Smith (Mike) and Jamie Garbutt (Jack); his grandchildren, Joshua (Rachael), Sean, Nick, Stefan, Autumn and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Kady, Cali and Aniyla; and his siblings, Robert "Butch" Howard Jr., Florence Schultz and Eileen Skiles (George).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
