He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatz Florek and Mary Florek; and his wife Jean L. Florek (Garlow). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Angel (Ron) of Glenshaw, Tammy Sullivan (Tom) of North Huntingdon and Rob Swank (Romi) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Lauren, Elizabeth Angel, Samantha Markilinski (Vince), Andrew Sullivan, Nicole Kwaczala (Jon) and James Harbulak; his great grandchildren, Cassy, Charlotte and Jack Kwaczala; and his sisters, Elsie McGarry and Lessa Florek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
