We announce the death of Hazel V. Breig (Irwin, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 98. Hazel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Boyer and Bessie Boyer (Martz); her husband Francis Eugene Breig; and her siblings, Wilbert Elwood Boyer, Viola Schafer, Helen Boyer, Edith Fae Reiber, Marie Miller and Jean Burk.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cassini (Peter) and Roger Breig (Karen); her granddaughter Kimberly Hockman (John); her great grandchild Cheyenne Hockman; and her brother Ray Boyer (Thelma). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
