He was predeceased by: his father Lacy Toms. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Toms (Marton) of Irwin; and his wife Helen L. Toms (Chuboy).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc. (521 Main St, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Hempfield Presbyterian Church (8 W Hempfield Dr, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made in Jim's name to his church.
