He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Moineau and Joan Moineau (Busch); his godparents, Kenneth and Marcia Bearer; his uncles, Rev. Vernon Busch, Cap, Charles Busch and Karl Thurber; and his cousin Lloyd Thurber.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clare, Gail Moineau and Robert J. Moineau Jr.; his aunts, Mildred Thurber and Judith Busch; his close friends, Ray and Kathy Takacs; Kate, Tom, Tim and Stacy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception (308 2nd St, Irwin, PA 15642). A vigil service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be offered to St. Vincent de Paul Society, St. Agnes Chapter, or the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
