He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hebrank and Ruth Hebrank (Daugherty); his daughter Natalie L. Anthony; and his brother Donald Hebrank. He is survived by: his wife Gwen L. Hebrank (MacCurdy); his son Kenneth "Kenny" A. Hebrank of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Jacob Anthony (Haley), Rachel Tuttle (David), Noah Anthony, Sarah Anthony, Hannah Anthony and Levi Hebrank; and his brother Wayne Hebrank of Pleasant Unity.
