Bixler of Irwin, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Beer and Leona Reagle Beer; her siblings, Martha Goodrich, Richard Beer and Patricia; and her close friend Pamela Winger Heath.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Bixler; her son Robert Sabousky of Oil City; her grandchildren, Michael, Richard and Taylor; her stepson Richard Bixler (Kaylen) of Harrisville; her stepgrandchildren, Zayden, Landyn and Austyn; her stepdaughter Michelle Bixler of New Bethlehem; her siblings, Janice Shull (Robert) of Franklin, Samuel Beer (Nancy) of Wexford and Gerald Beer (Loni) of Oil City; and her brother-in-law Jack Goodrich of Oil City.
