He is survived by: his children, Jordan, William and Charlotte; his parents, Linda and Alan; his brother Brian; his nephew Brody; and his former wife Emily.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Michael's name to a local animal shelter or charity of choice.
