It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma L. Wolfgang of Irwin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Neiman and Anna Neiman (Carlson). She is survived by: her former husband William H. Wyncoop; her husband Donald C. "Bud" Wolfgang; her siblings, Lorraine "Sis" Olson and Fred C. Neiman; her daughter Diane Mance (James); her granddaughter Shelli Huron (Dave); her great grandchild Nick; and her brother Dean P. Neiman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
