He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Russell and Gertrude Agnes Long Beiter; and his siblings, William, Jean, Madge, James, John, Robert, Josephine, Marie, Kate and Almeda.

He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Fesh and Rhonda Harris; his grandchildren, Jeremy Harris, Melody (Harris) and Hutchison; and his great grandchild Ethan. He is also survived by in-laws and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 101 Caruthers Lane, Irwin, PA 15642.
