He is survived by: his brothers, Bob, Tommy, Richard and Fred; his children, Robert Mackey III (Rita) and Elizabeth Onoffrey (Andy); his son-in-law Dave Schnupp; his grandchildren, Rachel Mackey, Cheyne Brooks (Julie), Jennifer Brooks (Shawn Coleman), Aleigha Onoffrey (Zach Lehosky), Jacob Onoffrey (Avery Schaeffer) and Katie Schnupp; and his great grandchildren, Colton Brooks, Zayne and Adelynn Lehosky.
