He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blazowich and Julia Blazowich (Celio); and his brothers, George and James Blazowich. He is survived by: his fiancée Melissa Urias; and his siblings, Daniel Blazowich (Marianne), Diane Dowdrick (Willard), Arlene Maywood, Donald Blazowich (Sharon), Judy Komarinski, Beverly Blazowich and Nick Blazowich (Nicole). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
