He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Ultis and Velma Ultis (Geiger); his wife Wilma S. Ultis (Shick); his daughter Dawn Ultis; his parents-in-law, Willis and Freda Shick (Greagor); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Lipski, Katy Celio and Johnny Shick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Keracher (Jeff) of Greensburg, Diana McAllister of Turtle Creek and Nina Fossett (Kunta) of Bristow, VA; his grandchildren, Jesse, Sydney, Kyle, Taylor, Cyrus and Quentin; and his brother-in-law David Shick. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
