She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Scotty" Andrews and Eleanor T. "Helen" Andrews; her son John J. Lapina, Jr. (Rose); her sister Patricia Kowalsky; her brother-in-law John Kowalsky; and her brother Edward Andrews.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Lapina, Sr.; her children, Jennifer Reece (Christopher) of Streetsboro, Ohio and Anthony Lapina (Amanda) of Valencia, PA; her daughter-in-law Christine Lapina of Louisville, KY; her brother William Andrews of Brockway; her sisters-in-law, Marci Andrews of Mt. Wolf Pa, Kathleen Masciantonio (Nick) of Jeannette and Elaine Dorie; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Kieli), Erica Lapina, Morgan, Jessica Reece, Gabriella and Sophia Lapina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
