It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Ann Kania Greyno of Irwin, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Emily Kania (Cheke); and her husband Thomas Victor Greyno. She is survived by: her father David Kania; her son Cameron Thomas Greyno; her brother David A. Kania II; and her fur bubbies, Angel and Clark. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cameron Greyno for his college fund or a charity of your choice in Sara's name.
