He is survived by: his parents, Rick Macioce and Dawna Macioce; his brother Travis Macioce (Taylor); and his uncles, Steve Kowalski, Dan Kowalski, Dennis Macioce and Jeff Macioce. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Macioce family to assist with funeral expenses.
